Healthy Banana Bread – Gluten-free | Dairy-free | Nut-free
This is a recipe inspired by my gluten-free, dairy-free & grain free healthy birthday cake. Super easy to make with just 4 ingredients and a healthy snack for little ones and for a healthy family.
- 2 Nos Banana Ripe
- 1 cup Oats
- 4-5 Nos Dates
- 1 No Egg
- 1 tbsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender to form a cake dough.
- Preheat the oven at 350 degrees and grease a bread pan with butter or olive oil.
- Pour the dough into the greased pan and bake for 15-20 mins till it changes its color to a golden brown.
- Cool down and enjoy the guilt-free bread.
- This cake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
